John Gets It Done
As COO, John works closely with the executive team to create the vision for Miles IT, develop and strengthen its culture, and create short and long-term goals aligned with our vision. The team works together on creating action plans to achieve our goals, to help our employees achieve their career aspirations, and to ensure that our customers have an outstanding experience in working with Miles IT.
John also heads up the marketing efforts for Miles IT and the marketing services for our customers. John’s experience in building and communicating the Miles IT brand over the past 20 years is incredibly valuable in helping other businesses. John works closely with our customers in identifying the unique qualities that set them apart from their competition and in developing plans to communicate and promote their brand so that they attract their audience, the right audience.
