BRAND GUIDELINES
Although work and reputation set us apart from other competitors, our brand allows us to be clear and cohesive in our messaging and who we are.
Use this branding style guide as instructions when using the Miles IT brand. It is here as a reference point and can answer all branding needs.
The Miles IT logo is to be used to brand any customer-facing pieces.
Acceptable Variations:
In order to preserve the integrity of the Miles IT logo and brand, the safe area must always be respected. No other object should be placed within the safe area around the logo as specified here.
The only exception being our logo and slogan variation.
The full-color main logo and accepted variations are to be used on solid-color backgrounds ONLY.
They should never be used on black or any color not within the brand palette.
The main logo and accepted variations in white should be used only against dark backgrounds to maintain proper contrast ratio.
White logos should never be used on white or any other light backgrounds.
White logo types CANNOT be exported as JPEGs.

We use Titillium Web as a primary font for headings across various digital platforms. Use Titillium Web for titles and subtitles.
Keep proposals, presentations, and documents on-brand by using this font in all of your titular text.
We use Lato as a body font on our website and all other digital and physical brand assets.
If you’re creating a document or presentation for a client, please use Lato for paragraph and body text.
When creating service-specific content, please keep our brand colors in mind. These colors should make up 90% of the created piece (not including white). These are the ONLY colors to be used.

All icons are to be used in one of the two accepted color formats, Miles Blue or white (#FFFFFF).
The use of icons, in both color and background, should follow the same format as the logos.

Logos are to be used on all videos and photos that are customer-facing.
The primary logo is to be used unless there is a gradient or dark overlay where the white logo will read better.
In the case of videos or photos that are harder for either logo version to stand out, a drop shadow may be applied to help the logo display better.
