Prior to joining Miles Technologies, John Bialous performed technology consulting for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries and had led systems migrations for Fortune 500 companies in those industries as well. As Chief Operating Officer of Miles Technologies, Bialous plays an instrumental role in orchestrating a diverse array of client services and technology implementations, overseeing the administrative tasks pertinent to ensuring that the more than 1,800 clients of Miles Technologies are being managed to the highest standards of performance.

Bialous conducts seminars for Miles Technologies clients discussing website promotion and how to drive traffic to their websites, contact management, and leveraging prospects as well as disaster recovery planning for networks. Bialous is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. He received his B.S. degree from the University of Delaware.

Miles Technologies owns the building that houses its corporate headquarters - a 28,000-square-foot facility in Moorestown, New Jersey, purchased for $1.8 million in late 2003.

Bialous enjoys skiing, competing in triathlons, and spending time down the shore with his family. He resides in Medford, New Jersey, with his wife, Jill and sons, Brent and Dean.
