• As soon as information is entered into Quickbooks, such as an invoice, that data is available in your application. You can view the outstanding invoice in the customer's details.

• Enables you to provide value added services to your customers, such as enabling customers to view their open balance via secure website access, payment of open invoices online, submittal of purchase orders online and other services such as viewing estimates.

• Enables the ability to easily email or fax an invoice, credit memo, purchase order, estimate, etc. Any of these documents can easily be emailed or faxed without logging into your Quickbooks system and without leaving your desk. This will take seconds to do.

• Provides your company with the ability to enter estimates, invoices and purchase orders in a customized format that is unique to your business, and this data can transparently be transferred into Quickbooks.

• Enables you to run financial reports, such as P&L or sales summary, from a secure web enabled application that you can view from any computer in the world that has an internet connection. And the reports you view are live and in real time.
